Welcome to the Richard Wright Center (RWC) online appointment system!

Our walk-in hours are Mon, Wed, Fri | 9:00 a.m.--12:00 noon (no appointment needed).

To make an appointment with a writing advisor, log in with your J number and NetID. Please keep in mind that appointments are in Central Time.

How to Make an Appointment

1. If this is your first time, click "Register for an account" on the left and complete your registration.

2. Log in.

3. Select how you want to receive feedback on your paper, research project, or presentation.

Select "Meet In-person" if you want to meet with a writing advisor face-to-face in the center.
Select "Meet Virtually" if you want to meet with a writing advisor remotely.
Select "Receive Written Feedback" if you are a graduate student and want to receive written feedback on your research proposal or a chapter of your thesis or dissertation without meeting with a writing advisor.

4. Click on available time (shown in white) and complete the appointment form. Then click "Save." Graduate students: If you are requesting written feedback, attach your paper.

Suggestion: Write down your writing advisor's name and email address shown on the appointment form. Email the writing advisor directly if you have trouble logging into an online session.

5. Appointments must be scheduled at least an hour in advance.
